Opaque quartz has faster heat transference making it ideal for cold-start dabs. This is because the time between the flame touching the bottom of the dish and the top of the dish reflecting that temperature is minimized dramatically due to the heat transference properties of opaque quartz glass. So as opposed to regular quartz glass, where there is a longer delay which can cause the banger to be over-heated and the dab to be burned, with opaque quartz glass, this time delay is minimized, preventing over-heating.
We've paired this kit with the most popular option of the Marble Pill Set. The top marble forces the air to be pulled in through the air slits of the banger, the middle marble helps prevent dabs from flying up into the neck of the banger while helping the pill stay in the lower chamber. The pill in the lower chamber spins around evenly distributing the dab to help evenly vaporize the dab. You can also pair this banger with a terp slurper marble chain set or screw set for ideal dabs. Simply heat the banger dish for 30 seconds, then heat the bottom chamber for 15 seconds, then heat the bottom dish again for 15 seconds, wait 15-30 seconds and dab away.
