20mm Axial Enail Coil & Banger Setup

The 20mm axial enail coil is designed to provide full-surface heating for 20mm flat-bottom quartz bangers. Unlike traditional barrel coils that only wrap the sidewall, an axial coil heats both the bottom dish and the walls simultaneously. This dual-contact heating improves temperature stability, increases thermal mass efficiency, and delivers more consistent vaporization from start to finish.

This setup is specifically engineered for 20mm diameter quartz bangers with a defined coil groove. Proper coil alignment is critical—the bottom plate of the axial coil must sit flush against the base of the bucket while the wrap maintains even, uniform tension around the sidewalls. Full contact eliminates hot spots, reduces temperature drift, and preserves terpene integrity.

Securing the Coil with an 8mm O-Clamp

The coil is secured to the banger using an 8mm O-clamp, which locks the assembly into place and prevents vertical lift or rotational movement during use. The O-clamp tightens around the neck of the banger, stabilizing the axial coil so it maintains constant pressure against the bucket.
