Splashguard Bangers
Splashguard Bangers prevent concentrate from going down the neck of the banger, allowing for an efficient experience and a cleaner piece. The bucket of a splashguard banger is curved inward before the side hole opening. This allows for the use of many inserts used at high speeds without worry of the dab going down the neck of the banger. With other straight walled bangers as you dab and inhale , especially with terp pearls moving quickly, the dab may begin to climb the wall and go down the neck of the banger, wasting some of the dab.

SplashGuard Banger FAQ
A Splashguard banger is a type of quartz bucket dab nail which is curved inward halfway up the banger’s bucket. This shape prevents the dab from being sucked down the neck of the banger and into the dab rig. These bangers are therefore great for larger dabs, where bigger inahles may be needed.
Splashguard bangers have their advantage in their name. They guard against splashing and dabs being sucked down the banger neck and into your dab rig. This prevents wasting dabs and keeps your dab rig cleaner than a regular banger would.
The only disadvantage we're aware of is that they are slightly more annoying to clean. With the curved bottom a bendable cotton swab is needed to clean them, like those available from glob mops.
This is where it really gets fun. There are several different types of splashguard bangers, but the one thing they all have in common is their ability to really whip around your dab. Utilizing a vortex carb cap allows the splashguard to truly be used as the dab splashes around the banger. When the splashguard banger is a blender banger, there is already enough vortex airflow being provided to the banger so a marble carb cap would be best.
Just like with the carb cap, this is where it really gets fun with splashguard bangers. When paired with a terp wheel or terp pearls, sometimes as many as 6. you can really get them going, flying around the inside of the banger, giving the most flavor and evenly heated dab possible.
