When combined with a vortex carb cap and terp pearls these really fly. However too much airflow can be a bad thing. With the air slots on the side of the banger, pairing this dab nail with a flat carb cap or medium airflow carb cap is all that is needed to make the terp pearls or dab spin.

With Vortex Bangers a vortex or spinner carb cap is not needed, as the banger does the spinning instead of the carb cap. A Flat or Marble carb cap can be used with most of these banger. If using a vortex carb cap, there may be too much airflow provided for the bangers intended effect, so use your finger to cover the airflow from the carb cap.
Vortex Quartz Bangers are paired best with terp pearls. Terp pearls within a vortex banger will fly around, hence some of these vortex style bangers being called blender bangers. Please review the above question regarding appropriate carb caps to achieve the best results with terp perls.
