When someone says 14mm 90 degree angle banger, they are referring to the three most important measurements of a quartz banger. The first size, 14mm, refers to the joint size; this must be matched to the joint size of the dab rig the banger is to be attached to. For example, if you own a 14mm joint dab rig, you would need a 14mm joint banger. 

The next measurement refers to the joint gender, which in this case is Male. A Male joint fits inside of a female joint dab rig. 

The last measurement mentioned is the joint angle, in this instance 90 degrees. This again needs to match your dab rigs joint angle, if your dab rigs joint angle is 90 degrees, sticking straight up, then a 90 degree banger would be required. If the joint is on a diagonal angle, then a 45 degree angle banger is needed.
